Our "Hassle Free Returns & Exchange Policy" means that you can buy with confidence because we guarantee your complete satisfaction!

At Armed Forces Gear, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any unworn, non-laundered, or unused items returned to us within 60 days of delivery.

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is any kind of error in regards to your order (wrong size, wrong color or wrong item), please contact us at 1-800-254-6289 to get the issue resolved at no additional cost to you.


Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle-free return:

  1. Make sure that all items are returned with all original tags and/or packaging to:

  2. Insure your return package.
  3. We recommend that returns be properly packaged, to insure that items are not damaged in shipping. Also, please ship with some form of delivery receipt.
  4. Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can keep everyone happy.) Kindly let us know if we messed up!
  5. Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
  6. Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your refund to your credit card.
  7. Please note we only refund the original shipping charges if your order was shipped in error.


  1. Follow the instructions above.
  2. Enclose a note as to what needs to be exchanged regarding the returned item (style, size, color, defect, etc).
  3. Exchanges are shipped with a flat $5.00 shipping charge. If it was our mistake, your item will be re-shipped free-of-charge.
  4. If your exchange requires an additional charge (price difference or shipping), please enclose a check for the difference, or let us know if you prefer using your credit card.
  5. Please allow 7-14 days for us to process you exchange.
  6. Exchanges may take longer to process between Dec 1 - Jan 31.

Please Note:

  • We can only accept unworn, unused, non-laundered, and defective items.
  • Custom and special orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges need to be sent within 60 days of delivery.

Shipping Policy

We strive to have all Standard orders leave our warehouse within three business days (Mon–Fri).

All standard orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the following business day.

*** Expedited, 2nd Day & Next Day orders must be placed by 8:30 am EST in order for them to go out that day.

*** Next-Day Orders placed before 8:30 am Eastern Standard Time will be delivered the following business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday, Excluding National Holidays.)

APO and FPO Shipping Charges are the same as Continental US (Standard) Shipping Charges. (US mail only. UPS and expedited shipping is not available for APO and FPO)
